It's probably where you can afford to sleep and there's no shortage of new bars, clubs, and restaurants to explore, but please don't treat it like a college campus. I'm not going to argue the pros and cons of the steady march of capital. ![]() It's currently in the throes of gentrification and its long time residents are justifiably a bit touchy. This is probably the cheapest neighborhood in which to stay and socialize.
